Carrots Purple Haze Seeds

A sweet imperator shape carrot with a purple exterior and orange inside. Purple Haze shows its best colour when raw. Colour fades to orange when cooked. The purple colour is influenced by soil temperature and drainage. The strongest purple colour will occur when plants are grown at 15-20 degrees celsius. Can also be grown easily in containers. The purple roots reach about 12" long and about 2" shoulder to shoulder.
