Although cacti are known for their love of sunlight, many thrive as indoor plants. Add one to your windowsill or living space for some unique decor. Indoor cacti tend to need less light and are smaller in size, making them the perfect houseplant

Cactus can be grown indoors as long as you place them in a spot where they receive at least 4 to 6 hours of daily sunlight. We recommend putting them in your brightest windowsill, which is often a southeast-facing window and rotating them every day to ensure they are etiolated.

You should not mist your succulents and cacti for watering because it can cause a weak root system and fungus.

Cactuses need regular watering during summer in order to grow and remain healthy, but if you overwater, or wet the plant too often, your cactus could rot at the base. Use the method employed by expert cactus growers and water from the bottom.
