This savoy leaved spinach has thick, twisted, glossy leaves that are excellent raw in salads or steamed as a side dish. Look for big yields with this heat and cold tolerant variety.  Bloomsdale helps extend the harvest as it is slow to bolt when the heat of summer arrives. Harvest multiple crops by sowing in both early spring and again in late summer.  A garden staple since the mid 1920’s!
