Are you open for walk-ins?

All Ritchie’s locations are currently open for In-Person shopping, with safety measures in place. We also offer curbside pickup or delivery through our website.

How does curbside pickup work?

Your curbside orders can be placed online. At the checkout screen, please select the pickup location nearest to you.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email when your order is ready for pickup.

To pick up your order at our Ottawa/Windmill Lane location, please drive along the right-hand side of the building and pull up to the warehouse loading dock.
For all other locations, please call the store upon arrival. 

Do you offer delivery?

We are currently offering local delivery for $50.00*.
Plant delivery is not available through the website. Please contact the Garden Center Office to arrange a plant delivery.
*This pricing applies to retail customers only, for wholesale delivery, please contact us for a quote.

Is Ritchie’s open in the winter?

Yes, Ritchie’s is open year-round! Our stock changes seasonally, so come visit us for every season's needs.

When do the garden centers open?

Our garden centers open each spring after significant snowmelt. We aim to open in mid-April, dependent on the weather.

Do you sell gift cards?

We have physical gift cards available for purchase in-store or online. Gift cards purchased online can be picked up at Ritchie’s location of your choice or mailed out.

Are your plants under warranty?

Any trees, shrubs, vines, or roses purchased at our garden centers are under a one-year warranty. Annuals, perennials, hedging cedars, sod, and tropical plants are not covered under warranty.
