Our Ottawa East location serves as the head office and primary warehouse supporting all five of our locations. It’s the central hub for inventory storage, coordination, and distribution, helping ensure product availability and smooth service across the region.

Plant Care & Services
Plant Warranty Policy (1 Year)
Ritchie offers a one-year warranty on: evergreens, shrubs, vines, trees, roses, and perennials.
If a warranted plant dies within one year of purchase, return the dead plant along with your original Ritchie receipt to receive a plant credit for the value paid. Credit may be used toward another plant purchase.
