A beautiful, late maturing cabbage with large heads that tend to be somewhat flatter than other varieties. Heads up to 30cm (12") across weigh in at a stunning 5.4kg (12lbs)! This is an excellent cabbage for winter storage.
HOW TO GROW

300 seeds/gram Sow seed indoors in a soil-less mix 5 weeks before last frost date. Sow seed 6mm (1/4") deep and keep at 20C (70F) for the 7-10 day germination period. Grow on at a slightly cooler temperature then harden off and plant outside in late May. Space plants 45cm (18") apart in rows with the rows 75cm (30") apart.
