When to Apply
This natural weed/seed inhibitor contains 100% corn gluten meal which absorbs water needed for new weed seeds and starves weeded seeds of their resources.
Simply apply with any Scotts® broadcast spreader twice a year.
This product prevents germination of dandelion and large crabgrass seeds in the lawn, but established weeds at the time of the application, will not be controlled. For best results, apply in the early spring and late summer before weeds appear.
