Our Maya Indoor Orchid mix is an ideal chunky mix for all your orchids and Aroid plants. The chunky and airy pine and fir bark, sustainably harvested sphagnum moss, coarse perlite, and charcoal work in unison to create an environment that nourishes and supports the growth of your beloved orchids.

Benefits of using Maya Orchid mix:

• Prevent root rot.
• Provide maximum aeration to your plant roots.

Size:
Small/3 Litres: Enough to fill 5x nursery pots (4 in) & 1x nursery pot (6in).

How To Use:

• Repot your orchid every 1–2 years, ideally after it finishes flowering or when new growth begins. 
• Remove old soil,  loosen the roots gently.
• Add in fresh Maya Orchid Blend.
• Plant it back and fill the gaps with the Orchid mix.

• Water and allow excess to drain.

• Place your orchid in indirect light and monitor moisture.

• Calcium - strengthens plant cell walls, improves structural integrity, enhances disease resistance, and supports overall growth and development.
• Charcoal Bits - improves drainage, supports soil microbes, and helps prevent souring.
• Coarse Perlite - improves airflow and soil texture, reducing the risk of root rot.
• Coco Chunks - adds structure to your soil, facilitating better nutrient exchange between the soil and plant roots.
• Phosphorus - supports essential plant functions such as root development, energy transfer, flowering, and overall plant health.
• Pine & Fir Bark Fines (1/8–1/4") – adds organic structure and promotes fine root development.
• Sphagnum Moss - provides moisture retention, air porosity, slow nutrient release, and disease suppression.
• Worm Castings - offers rich microbial content, trace minerals, organic nutrients, and serves as a gentle mode of slow nutrient release.
