HOW TO GROW

300 seeds/gram Best planted directly outside in mid-spring. Pak choi does best in a sunny site with moist, rich soil. Sow seed 6mm (1/4") deep and 2.5cm (1") apart in the row with the rows 45cm (18") apart. For baby greens, thin to 10cm (4") apart. For full sized plants thin to 30-45cm (12-18") apart.
