This variety produces large, 5 cm golden-yellow flowers, each punctuated by a bold red-burgundy “eye” at the centre. Growing into a compact, bushy form, mature plants reach 45 cm in height and spread up to 60 cm, resembling a tidy, flowering shrub. As a reliable first-year flowering perennial, Sunfire provides a massive splash of colour starting in late June and continuing well into October.
