Vigorous green with a slight to strong peppery flavour depending on the plant stage and temperature. Leaves are deeply lobed. Cut as a baby green for salads or when leaves are larger for sandwiches, to put on pizza or even for a zesty pesto (in lieu of basil).

Growing recommendations
Arugula can withstand partial shade and generally prefers cool weather like we have in spring and fall. Seed densely at 1/8” depth roughly 50 seeds per foot. Keep soil moist. Seed multiple successions from early spring until late summer for continuous harvest.
