Chicory Radicchio Rossa Di Treviso heirloom. In the summer produces long green leaves which become ruby Red in Autumn. Similar in form to the sugar loaf Chicories, but with the rich colouring in leaf and vein. Great fresh or braised. Needs cool weather for the characteristic colour and flavour.
